Literally thousands of people will see and be able to bid on your merchandise! On auction day our full crew directs the action from site prep to cleanup. We provide all payment solutions and complete staffing.

The State of Texas requires us to pay you for your auction or consignment order within 15 business days of sale close. We are licensed and regulated by the Texas Department of Licensing & Regulation. In over 20 years we have never had a complaint lodged against us. Does the law protect you with an unlicensed "estate sale" company?
We will provide you with a written contract detailing costs, sale requirements, special instructions, licensing information, etc.

We generally sell 90-95% of all merchandise we contract for. This means you won't have many "leftovers". After the sale we can always help you dispose of any remaining unwanted items through a future auction.
All of our clients are vetted through an online registration process, Payment information is secured before they bid. Lloyd Mays Auctions accepts all major credit cards & debit cards with a convenient mobile payment processing system.
We Ship! Since our customer base is worldwide we take care of any out of town buyers with all facilitation of delivery.
We Collect & Remit All Texas State Sales Tax.
What Does It Cost?
We charge nothing up front. Our contracted percentage rate and small advertising fee come out of auction proceeds. We work strictly on a flat percentage commission based on the size of your auction as well as the quality of merchandise. We charge a one time flat fee for advertising based on the size of your consignment order. After the auction you will receive a full itemized list detailing all items sold, hammer price, commission and any remaining inventory. This form usually satisfies any need for estate or probate proceedings as well as valuable tax information. Again, there is no cost to you up front. We don't make money until you do!
